Having good staff is integral to the successful running of any care home and at Beaufort we are fortunate enough to have a low staff turnover enabling us to invest in staff training and development.

All our staff are expertly trained to provide care and support for a range of complex nursing needs. Building strong links with the local community is also an important focus and we are pleased to accept our first group of student nurses from UWE in May 17, alongside health and social care students from Weston College and work experience students from
our local schools.
