As a care worker you would help people who have difficulties with their daily activities and help with general activities in the house.
General experience in a caring role would be beneficial and an up to date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is preferable.
We look for a friendly and caring approach in our staff, and believe these qualities should be at the core of any good care assistant. We also look for the ability to relate to the older generation and from a variety of ethnic backgrounds and patience. We would welcome applicants that are local to Weston-super-Mare.
